Dr. Heidi is one of the the best dentists I have ever had. I wish I would of known of her before. I recommend Dr. Heidi one hundred percent. She wrote and mailed me a handwritten card to welcome me to her office, she took one hour for the first evaluation, she fixed my filling with such detail that was incredible. Then later that evening she personally called me herself to find out my progress. Wow! She really does care for each and everyone of her patients. She truly loves being a dentist! It is hard to find someone of her caliber that has integrity and love for the trade in these days. What a jewel of an individual.

Dr. Heidi is the best dentist my wife and I have ever had, and we have been going to her for 10 years now. She is conscientious and meticulous in her work and explains everything in detail before she starts. My wife had a dental emergency one night and we called Dr. Heidi's office to leave an after-hours message. Heidi called us back within a few minutes and met us at her office within the hour (at 9pm at night) to handle the injury. I love to tell that story, because nobody has ever heard of a dentist who would do that. We love Dr. Heidi and her staff, they are all great.

I've been a patient of Dr. Hausauer's for over 30 years. I have never had one negative experience in those years. I am including my entire family in that statement.

A really great place. Dr Heidi is the dentist for our whole family. For our routine checkups, she always accommodates for us to find a time that we all can come in at the same day and she takes us one after another. Dr Heidi is a great dentist and her stuff is great as well. We looked for her practice after being referred from a friend and not once regretted this decision. She is a great dentist for the whole family.

I was overdue for a dental check-up and contemplating taking our 7 year old for her first at the same time when I cracked a tooth. I kept hearing how excellent Dr. Heidi & her team were, in addition to seeing her all over the community donating countless hours and service to people in need. I called her office just after they showed closed, (surprised and lucky she answered) and explained about my tooth. She said she happened to be there doing paperwork anyway, come by now and she would take a look at it. I also explained I had a really bad experience with a dentist a few years ago out of the country that had kept me from going in the past, and she said not to worry, sat me down, and fixed the tooth. I was surprised how painless it was. Shari who also stayed later was absolutely great as well! I don' think there is much else that could be said--Awesome team, Awesome dentist, and more caring than anybody I've seen anywhere! I would recommend Dr. Heidi Hausauer on Castro Valley Blvd to anybody I know, and my daughter already has her first appointment scheduled as well.
